* For customers in our local Central Florida area, we do offer free pickup or paid delivery.

 

If you have questions regarding our items prior to placing your order, or if you are having technical issues with ordering, please email us at info@mwrtees.com or call us at (833)MWRTEES or (833) 697-8337 for assistance.

** We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if and when delivery has been confirmed.

Shipping, Pickup, Delivery Options

What are your shipping options?

 

Read below for more instructions on how to select the right shipping for you! For items needed in a hurry, please select expedited shipping options to receive your item(s) sooner. 

 

  1. We have TWO (2) primary shipping options to choose from upon checkout: We typically ship via USPS Priority Flat Rate 2 - 5 Business Days. Please keep in mind that weather delays, and delays due to USPS exceptions, are outside our control.

    1. USPS Priority Mail Domestic Shipping

    2. USPS Priority Mail International Shipping

 

 

*** Our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding, afterhours, weekends, and major holidays.

 

**** Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

​Pickup or Delivery Options For Our Local Customers?

 

We are ready to serve our local shoppers! 

 

We have 2 options to choose from upon checkout:

 

1. Free Local Pickup – MWR TEES Warehouse, 1362 N. US HWY 1, Suite # 302, Ormond Beach, FL 32174. We offer free local pickup at our warehouse location in Ormond Beach, FL. Once your order is ready, you'll be notified via email. Pickup is ONLY available during regular business hours (See our posted Operational Hours for detail). Customer must present one (1) of the following for delivery: 

·    Confirmation Email, or

·    Prearranged password​​

2. Local Delivery - Too busy for local pickup? Then we will swing by and drop off your purchase for a nominal fee. We offer $7 local delivery to our Central Florida customers residing in the immediate local area (determined by your zip code). 

Customer must present one (1) of the following for delivery: 

·   Confirmation Email,

·    Prearranged password, or

·    Displayed note on door, steps, or gate.

Product Return

RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges! Contact me within: 3 business days of delivery. Ship items back at your own cost within: 7 days of delivery.​​

 

 

Refunds

​MWR TEES will Only accept returns or cancellations under specific situations.

Contact our customer service representative if you have any questions or issue with your order.

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

MWR TEES DO NOT accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

Returns

Conditions of return - buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
